Symptoms
Alert: "The server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
API response error_code: INTERNAL_ERROR (HTTP 500).
Causes
A transient backend fault.
A temporary spike or deployment.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Wait and retryThe SDK retries automatically. If the product still cannot start after several minutes, contact support with the approximate time and your license ID.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Report persistent 500sIf a specific request reliably returns 500 during testing, capture the request_id from the response and send it to TheMarketRobo support.
