Submission process

Follow these six steps to submit your trading robot or indicator for review and approval.

Reserve UUID

Request a unique identifier (UUID) before programming your product. This UUID will be permanently embedded in your product file and used for authentication.

Program Product

Develop your trading robot (Expert Advisor) or indicator with the reserved UUID embedded in the source code. Ensure it follows platform requirements and best practices.

Prepare Submission

Gather all required files including product file, specifications, configuration fields (robots only), backtest data or media gallery, and optional images.

Submit for Review

Upload all files and complete the submission form with product details, pricing proposal, and performance information. Submit for admin review.

Review Process

Your submission goes through multiple review stages including technical, security, performance, and pricing reviews by platform administrators.

Approval & Listing

Upon approval, your product is listed in the marketplace and becomes available for customers to purchase licenses. You can track performance in your vendor dashboard.

Review process

Your submission goes through a comprehensive multi-stage review process. Each stage is important for approval.

Technical Review

Code quality and functionality check. Our team reviews your product file for proper implementation, code structure, and adherence to platform requirements.

Security Review

Security vulnerability assessment. We check for potential security issues, malicious code, and ensure your product follows security best practices.

Performance Review

Backtest and performance evaluation. We analyze your backtest data or media gallery, verify performance metrics, and assess the product's strategy or signals.

Pricing Review

Price negotiation between vendor and admin. We review your pricing proposal and may suggest adjustments based on market analysis and platform standards.

Final Approval

Final sign-off and product listing. Once all reviews are complete and pricing is agreed upon, your product is approved and listed in the marketplace.
