Connection lost — product removed after repeated heartbeat failures
The product could not reach the platform for several consecutive heartbeats and removed itself from the chart to avoid running unmonitored.Session & heartbeat•Also known as: HEARTBEAT_FAILURES_EXCEEDED, connection_lost_removed
Symptoms
Experts log: "SDK Error: Connection lost — N consecutive heartbeat failures (max M). Removing product from chart."
The robot/indicator disappears from the chart after a period of lost connection.
Causes
Internet dropped for longer than the allowed window (by default 3 missed heartbeats ≈ 3 minutes).
The computer slept or lost network while the product was running.
How to fix it

Restore a stable connectionReconnect MetaTrader to the internet and your broker. For unattended setups, run on a reliable VPS.

Re-attach the productOnce the connection is stable, remove and re-add the product to start a new session.
