Symptoms
Alert: "Could not connect to TheMarketRobo service. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Robot alert: "TheMarketRobo: Could not connect to the service. The robot will be removed."
Causes
No internet, firewall block, or the WebRequest/DLL settings above are not configured.
A general outage on your network path to themarketrobo.com.
How to fix it

Work through the connectivity checklistConfirm internet access, then for robots verify WebRequest is enabled (TMKR-3001), and for indicators verify DLL imports are enabled (TMKR-3010).

Re-attachAfter fixing settings, remove and re-add the product.
