Symptoms
API response error_code: TOKEN_INVALID (HTTP 401).
Experts log: "JWT Error: Invalid token structure." or "SDK Error: Failed to decode JWT payload. Token has been invalidated."
Causes
The token was revoked because the session ended elsewhere.
A network proxy or antivirus altered the response body.
A rare server-side token formatting issue.
How to fix it
If you're the customer (running the product)

Restart the productRemove and re-add the product to obtain a new token. Disable any HTTPS-inspecting antivirus/proxy for MetaTrader.
If you're the vendor (publisher)

Report a persistent failureIf a freshly issued token is consistently rejected during testing, capture the Experts log and contact TheMarketRobo support — this may indicate a server-side issue.
